Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations

​​As Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations, Aimee oversees the firm’s overall operational strategy. She identifies growth opportunities, enhances efficiencies, and fosters innovation across the organization. Aimee also spearheads talent acquisition and retention initiatives, negotiates contracts, steers budget development and management, and engages with external partners to enhance business opportunities. 

Aimee has more than two decades of experience in the private, government, political, and non-profit sectors. She has specialized in the development and execution of comprehensive media and operational plans as part of high-level, national and international events. She coordinated events for three former U.S. presidents, including trips throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. She was the Director of Media Operations in the Major Events and Conference Services division in the U.S. Department of State where she oversaw the design and implementation of detailed media logistical plans for major summits, including the NATO Summit in Chicago and the U.S.-Africa Leaders’ Summit in Washington, D.C.  

Previously, Aimee served as Public Relations Manager for the litigation department of a leading global law firm; Acting Senior Director of Public Relations at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF; Director of Outreach and Logistics for the NBC News Education Nation Tour and Summits; and as Associate Director for a national voter registration and education campaign.
